Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Policy Servicing Executive where you will play a crucial role in managing and servicing life and annuity policies. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service you will ensure accurate policy administration and contribute to the overall success of our operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a night shift environment providing support to our clients and enhancing their experience.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and service life and annuity policies with precision and attention to detail.
  • Ensure accurate policy administration by maintaining up-to-date records and documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Analyze policy data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the development and implementation of policy servicing strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management review.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of policy servicing procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Utilize domain knowledge in life and annuities to enhance service delivery.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of life and annuity domain knowledge.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Show proficiency in using policy administration systems and tools.
  • Display a keen attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Life and Annuity Professional (CLAP)
