Job Summary

As a Senior Business Analyst in Solutions and Business Development you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. With a focus on Solution Manager you will analyze design and implement strategies that drive business growth and efficiency. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop comprehensive business cases and feasibility studies to support decision-making processes.
  • Design and implement innovative solutions using Solution Manager to address complex business challenges.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders and gather insights for solution development.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and methodologies in business analysis and solution management.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business objectives.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions with existing systems.
  • Lead user acceptance testing and provide training to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve solution offerings.
  • Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities for new solutions and services.
  • Contribute to the companys mission by delivering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using Solution Manager for solution design and implementation.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering successful business solutions in a hybrid work environment.
  • Show ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in business administration information technology or a related field.

    • Certifications Required

    Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) ITIL Foundation Certification
