Sr. Infra Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Infra Developer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow modules including Strategic Port Mgmt ITSM ITAM HRSD GRC FSM CSM and ITOM. This role involves working in a hybrid model during day shifts focusing on optimizing and managing infrastructure services without the need for travel.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions to enhance infrastructure management and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM ITAM and HRSD.
  • Optimize ServiceNow Strategic Port Mgmt to align with organizational goals and improve project outcomes.
  • Manage and maintain ServiceNow GRC to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Oversee the configuration and deployment of ServiceNow FSM to streamline field service operations.
  • Utilize ServiceNow CSM to enhance customer service management and improve user experience.
  • Implement ServiceNow ITOM to automate IT operations and improve system performance.
  • Provide technical expertise in Authorize Cust Bill InvoiceAdj to ensure accurate billing and invoicing processes.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of infrastructure systems through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Support the hybrid work model by effectively managing tasks and communication in both remote and on-site environments.

  • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in ServiceNow modules including ITSM ITAM HRSD GRC FSM CSM and ITOM.
  • Possess strong domain skills in Authorize Cust Bill InvoiceAdj processes.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex infrastructure challenges.
  • Show ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Have strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified ServiceNow System Administrator ITIL Foundation Certification
