About the role:

As a Technology Architect, you will make an impact by designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions using a wide range of technologies. You will be a valued member of the Cognizant team and work collaboratively with stakeholders and other teams.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable and robust technology solutions using Jenkins Kafka and Openshift.
  • Oversee the integration of various components such as Postman Kubernetes and Docker Container to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide technical guidance on the use of Mockito GITHUB and Docker Hub for efficient software development and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage Container Registry and API Gateway for optimal performance.
  • Implement authentication and authorization protocols.
  • Utilize Netflix Hystrix and Eureka for building resilient and fault-tolerant systems.
  • Monitor and log application performance using Apache Log4J to ensure high availability.
  • Develop microservices architecture with Spring Cloud and Spring Boot to enhance modularity and scalability.

What you need to have to be considered:

  • Possess a strong background in technology architecture with a minimum of 13 years of experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Jenkins Kafka Openshift and Postman for software development and deployment.
  • Have hands-on experience with Kubernetes Docker Container and Mockito for building and managing applications.
  • Show proficiency in using GITHUB Docker Hub and Container Registry for version control and container management.
  • Exhibit knowledge in API Gateway Authentication & Authorization and Netflix Hystrix for secure and resilient systems.
  • Be familiar with Apache Log4J Spring Cloud and Spring Boot for logging and microservices architecture.

These will help you stand out:

  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator Docker Certified Associate Spring Professional Certification

Salary and Other Compensation

Applications will be accepted until 7/23/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 - $152,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
