Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Functional Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in S/4 HANA modules including Goods Issue and GR Pricing Strategies Physical Inventory Special Procurement Indirect Procurement and Direct Procurement. Experience in Supply Chain Management and Multi-Channel domains is a plus. This hybrid role offers a dynamic work environment with day shifts and no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • An SAP FMS (Fashion Management Solution) consultant specializes in implementing and supporting SAP solutions tailored for the fashion and apparel industry.
  • This role involves designing configuring and customizing SAP systems AFS (Apparel and Footwear Solution) to meet the unique business needs of fashion companies.
  • Should have good knowledge on material master vendor master assortments listing season-collection Fashion workbench.
  • Should have decent knowledge on EDI and interfaces.
  • Lead the implementation of S/4 HANA modules ensuring seamless integration and functionality across Goods Issue and GR processes.
  • Oversee the development and execution of S/4 HANA Pricing Strategies to optimize pricing models and enhance profitability.
  • Provide expertise in managing S/4 HANA Physical Inventory processes ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inventory management.
  • Coordinate S/4 HANA Special Procurement activities aligning procurement strategies with business objectives.
  • Facilitate S/4 HANA Indirect Procurement processes ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement of goods and services.
  • Manage S/4 HANA Direct Procurement operations optimizing supply chain efficiency and supplier relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of S/4 HANA solutions with business requirements.
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to S/4 HANA modules providing technical support and guidance to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for S/4 HANA processes ensuring clarity and accessibility for team members.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users enhancing their understanding and utilization of S/4 HANA functionalities.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance S/4 HANA module efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of supply chain processes leveraging S/4 HANA capabilities.
  • Support the integration of multi-channel strategies within the S/4 HANA framework enhancing business operations.

  • Possess strong technical skills in S/4 HANA Goods Issue and GR Pricing Strategies Physical Inventory Special Procurement Indirect Procurement and Direct Procurement.
  • Demonstrate experience in Supply Chain Management and Multi-Channel domains.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Display strong communication skills capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Have a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing S/4 HANA modules.
  • Be adaptable to a hybrid work model with the ability to work effectively both remotely and on-site.
