Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect (ISG) with 15 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in FLEXCUBE modules including Receivable Interest and Charges Retail Lending and Core. Additionally a strong background in General Ledger-BFS and Payment Processing-Branch Bank is essential. This role is based in the office with a day shift schedule and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of FLEXCUBE solutions to enhance banking operations and customer experiences.
  • Oversee the integration of FLEXCUBE modules such as Receivable Interest and Charges Retail Lending and Core to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Provide expert guidance on General Ledger-BFS and Payment Processing-Branch Bank to optimize financial processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align FLEXCUBE solutions with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain architectural frameworks that support scalability and performance of banking applications.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of FLEXCUBE systems by implementing best practices and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits of FLEXCUBE systems to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Mentor and support junior architects and developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of banking solutions.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and deliverables to ensure timely and successful completion of initiatives.
  • Provide technical leadership and direction to ensure alignment with the companys strategic goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies that enhance the capabilities of FLEXCUBE systems.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a deep understanding of FLEXCUBE modules and their application in banking environments.
  • Demonstrate expertise in General Ledger-BFS and Payment Processing-Branch Bank processes.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex architectural challenges.
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Show a proven track record of successful project delivery in a similar role.
  • Hold a degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  • Preferably have certifications in FLEXCUBE or related banking technologies.
