Job Summary
Program Manager
15+ Years Experience in Managing PLM End to End Implementation and transformation programs.
Define detailed project plan for Design Development Data Migration and Integration and Go Live.
Defining service standards and guidelines that serve as benchmark for excellent service delivery establishing service level agreements evaluating risks costs resource requirements schedules and submitting delivery opinions.
Responsibilities
Manage schedule resource and risk of PLM projects .
Owns the coordination and communication of project status with program team
Have worked on onsite or nearshore or offshore working model.
As an IT Project Manager PM for Teamcenter Stakeholder management on all PM activities Integrated plan Status timelines deliverables milestones risk and Issue
Institute the agile methodology and execute the plan to the same Backlog management Sprints scrums ceremonies Retro working with execution and delivery team
Bring in the element of Technical aspects with reference to the Teamcenter to manage the go forward plan.
Mange the RAID log Risk Assumptions Issue Dependencies
Release Management working with Technology teams Lead re-purpose the checklists pre-go live go-live and post go-live towards the releases getting stakeholders engaged on the readiness
Ensure handover is done to support & operations team as part of hyper care and stability.
Certifications Required
Certification in Teamcenter and PLM will be added advantage.
