Our ideal candidate

• Primary Skills (must have) - ITIL processes, Polish Language Application Support
• Proficient in speaking/writing in Polish language
• Good knowledge about implementation/deployment of Web/Desktop based applications
• Hands on experience on Windows environment (Windows Server 2016/2019/2022)
• Working knowledge of any ticket management tool (preferably BMC Remedy)
• Good to Have- Basic knowledge of databases like MS SQL Oracle, MS Excess.
• Hands on experience supporting Applications with User Base speaking Spanish
• Working with VMs and Citrix Environment
• Knowledge about Manufacturing domain

Responsibilities

As an L1.5 Application Support Analyst, you will get an opportunity to understand the client business and contribute to resolve Production issues in Polish language.

· Provide L1.5 Support for multiple Applications in Production Environment

· Communicate with end Users in Polish language and work towards closure of Incidents/Service Requests/Problems and Change Requests

· Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including account setups, Installations, Data fixes and System Configuration changes

· Own Life Cycle of assigned applications. Create, update necessary documentation to record and maintain critical information

· Ensure that assigned tickets are resolve within SLAs by coordinating with internal/external teams and various departments

· Continuous contribution towards knowledge base

You will become an active member of the Support team that works closely with other IT teams. You are also responsible for the life cycle of in-house or packaged applications according to Client’s IT standards and manage the Applications end to end.
