Bulgarian Speaking Service Desk Agent
Job location: Budapest, Hungary, 9thDistrict, Mill Park Office Building
Role type: Full time employment
Working hours: 40 hours/ week
Office attendance: twice per week
Support window: Monday to Friday 9am - 9pm

Responsibilities:
- Handle end user calls and web queries in Bulgarian and English
- Act as the first point of contact for the customer
- Precise administration
- Act as primary contact between customer and resolving group
- Keep the user informed, own and follow up ongoing cases
We are looking for you, if you:
- have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bulgarian and English
- have experience in customer service – experience gained in IT Help Desk is an advantage but not a must
- have High School degree
- have desire to learn - no IT background required, training will provide the necessary technical knowledge
- are open to work in shifts (the support window the team needs to cover is 9AM – 9PM Monday to Friday)
- have excellent communication skills – both written and spoken
- are flexible, open-minded personality with a "can do" attitude
