Bulgarian Speaking Service Desk Agent

Job location: Budapest, Hungary, 9thDistrict, Mill Park Office Building

Role type: Full time employment

Working hours: 40 hours/ week

Office attendance: twice per week

Support window: Monday to Friday 9am - 9pm

Responsibilities:

  • Handle end user calls and web queries in Bulgarian and English
  • Act as the first point of contact for the customer
  • Precise administration
  • Act as primary contact between customer and resolving group
  • Keep the user informed, own and follow up ongoing cases

We are looking for you, if you:

  • have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bulgarian and English
  • have experience in customer service – experience gained in IT Help Desk is an advantage but not a must
  • have High School degree
  • have desire to learn - no IT background required, training will provide the necessary technical knowledge
  • are open to work in shifts (the support window the team needs to cover is 9AM – 9PM Monday to Friday)
  • have excellent communication skills – both written and spoken
  • are flexible, open-minded personality with a "can do" attitude
