Tax claims specialist

12 months fixed term contract
Responsibilities:
- Clients with a Tax Claims mandate must be repapered (RaS client documentation for custodians and Onboarding & Power of Attorney with the Vendor for Reclaim-clients).
- Clients’ needs to be set up in the client systems (manual workload).
- Tasks requires tax and client onboarding background beside good organizational skills.
- Prepare, process, and maintain paperwork related to all aspects of the accounting cycle, culminating in the preparation and filing of tax returns.
- Confirm the accuracy of records and documents related to tax reporting and preparation.
- Maintain written and oral communications between the company and all relevant vendors and regulatory agencies.
- Remain up to date with changes in the tax code and accounting laws.
- Conduct research on tax compliance issues at the local and national levels.
Skills and Experience:
- Good process know-how across Tax Reclaim and Relief at Source
- Understanding of client structures (Natural Persons and Legal Entities)
- 1-3 years experience in Tax claims
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
