Job Title: Process Executive – Thai Speaker

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Experience: 0-2 Years

Rotational Shift

Comfortable to work in Thailand for 6 Months and willing to relocate to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Job Expectations:

· High proficiency in, written spoken and very good communication skills in the Thai language

· Advance understanding end user operational and technological knowhow of online maps and their uses for navigation, information and other nuances in Thailand

· Advance online research skills in the areas of Analysis of information from different sources/Finding information off the internet.

· Editor will be working on multiple short to long term pilots within online maps space and should be able to adapt to new projects, workspaces and technical specifications

· Strong analytic and problem-solving skills & attention to details to ensure accuracy is a must

· Passion for quality and able to work independently with minimum supervision

· Strict adherence to deadlines with understanding work productivity and efficiency without compromising on the Quality of the output

· Willing to work in a constant changing environment

Skills Required:`

· Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline

· Working experience with maps applications

· Advanced research skills and able to use multiple sources to gather information

· Experience in quality verification and attention to detailed

· Ability to identify errors/defects and qualitatively analyze and validate all attributes of POIs and ensure that they are edited and updated as per defined and approved specifications and policies.

· Ensure accuracy of all curated info pertaining to the POIs by referencing various data sources like websites, imagery etc

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Basic ability to digitize (create/edit) and also evaluate Linear and Polygonal geometry (POIs, AOIs etc) by referencing the provided real world imagery sources

· Excellent analytical and logical reasoning abilities

· Knowledge of working on MS Excel / Spreadsheets in areas like vlookup, pivot table, charts would be a plus

Roles and responsibilities:

· Language expert and have advance knowledge on local nuisances and country specific policies.

· Able to perform advance research to crunch and verify data accurate data.

· Use of map software and able to navigate with technical know how’s

· Identify corrective and bad data on the overall region places of interest.

· Being customer centric and delivering high quality output on each request

· Able to perform task is high pace with accurate results.

· Able to differentiate and identify possible policy breaches and take necessary actions.
