Job Title: SAP BW Consultant

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Job Description:

· Key focus within the change lifecycle of implementation of changes including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, impact assessment, presenting to the appropriate governance body for approvals, transition and supporting the change post implementation

· Accountable in ensuring changes meet the change management processes/governance/criteria

· Responsible for evaluation and approval of the Estimates provided by the 3rd party Service provider

· Provide input and recommend robust solutions to meet business requirements

· Responsible for quality assurance complying with audits and SOX controls

· Supporting change management, release and deployment management, service transition and service operations

· Support and contribute to CSIP increasing quality/standards and driving towards lean organization

· Provide technical guidance and for BW issues/cases

· Manage escalations within the area

Experience Required

· Minimum 10 years working experience in SAP BW (e.g. developing data models and reports), within project implementation and/or support organization

· Exposure to full lifecycle development experience from design through implementation and production support

· Experience of working in large global organization using in-sourced and out-sourced IT service providers

· Experience working in large project on global scale with interactions to stakeholders from multiple countries and background

· Proven record of self-driven learning of new technologies and ways of working

· Experience of working in a regulated environment, preferably SOx and GDPR, or in a country with high standards of data protection

· Engagement within team, across functions and cross delivery teams to establish ways of working and form good relationship dynamics

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required:

· Primary skillset in SAP Business Planning and Consolidation, SAP BW and well verse in integration to other systems.

· Have working experience in areas of business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, designing solution, implementing feasible solution, conducting tests (FUT, SIT, UAT, RT), data conversion and supporting the solution

· Have good engagement and communication skills and is able to work with stakeholders from all levels and globally

· Good analytical and negotiation skills for conflict resolution, stake holder management, costing discussion, and vendor management.

· Experience with SAP Analysis for Office and EPM;

· Experience in Office Analysis and SAP Analytics Cloud

· Have good command of English, both oral and written

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required:

· Educated to degree level or equivalent

· SAP BW courses relevant to SAP BW 7.5, SAP BW/4HANA

· SAP Analytics Cloud training is good to have

· DevSecOps and Agile training certification would be beneficial
