Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced App Security Specialist with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CA/Broadcom IdentityManager and IdentityGovernance with a strong background in Identity Management and Governance. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our applications contributing to the overall succes


Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage CA/Broadcom IdentityManager to ensure secure access to applications and systems.
  • Oversee the deployment and configuration of CA/Broadcom IdentityGovernance to maintain compliance and governance standards.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for identity management and governance solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand security requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for identity management processes and procedures.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents related to identity management and governance.
  • Ensure that all identity management solutions are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
  • Lead the integration of identity management solutions with other IT systems and applications.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on identity management best practices.
  • Work closely with the IT business support team to align security initiatives with business goals.
  • Participate in the development of security policies and procedures to enhance overall security posture.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in identity management and governance.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in identity management and governance.
  • Demonstrate expertise in CA/Broadcom IdentityManager and IdentityGovernance.
  • Have a strong understanding of IT business support and its impact on security initiatives.
  • Show proficiency in conducting security assessments and audits.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Hold relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM).
  • Be familiar with hybrid work environments and the associated security challenges.
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Have experience in providing training and support to end-users.
  • Show a commitment to staying current with industry trends and technologies.
  • Possess strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)
