Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist (T) with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Vault QMS and Vault Quality Docs Tool. Experience in Research and Development is a plus. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site during day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our product offerings and ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of Vault QMS and Vault Quality Docs Tool to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee the integration of quality management systems with existing workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Vault QMS and Vault Quality Docs Tool to resolve any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
  • Train and mentor team members on the effective use of Vault QMS and Vault Quality Docs Tool.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize functionality and user experience.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure the timely delivery of system updates and enhancements.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to provide insights into system performance and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of quality solutions.
  • Ensure that all quality management processes align with the companys strategic goals and objectives.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in quality management systems to drive innovation.

Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in implementing and managing Vault QMS and Vault Quality Docs Tool.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Show proficiency in data analysis and reporting to provide actionable insights.
  • Experience in Research and Development is a plus adding value to the role.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site work effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends and advancements.
  • Demonstrated ability to train and mentor team members fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading projects and delivering quality solutions on time.
  • Excellent documentation skills to maintain comprehensive records of system configurations and processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Certifications Required

Veeva Vault Certified Administrator.
