Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 5 to 9 years of experience in Spring Security Spring Batch Java Persistence API Spring MVC Maven Tomcat Spring Boot Microservices Spring Core REST Web Services and Core Java. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Compliance Solutions. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive technical excellence and contribute to our companys mission.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of complex applications using Spring Security Spring Batch and Java Persistence API.
  • Oversee the implementation of Spring MVC and ensure seamless integration with other components.
  • Provide technical guidance on the use of Maven and Tomcat for efficient project management and deployment.
  • Develop and maintain robust applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
  • Ensure the effective use of Spring Core and REST Web Services in application development.
  • Utilize Core Java to build scalable and high-performance applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliance solutions that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in compliance solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality software that aligns with business objectives.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment.

  • Possess strong experience in Spring Security Spring Batch and Java Persistence API.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Spring MVC Maven and Tomcat.
  • Have a solid understanding of Spring Boot Microservices and Spring Core.
  • Show proficiency in REST Web Services and Core Java.
  • Exhibit domain knowledge in Compliance Solutions.
  • Display excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
