Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Architect with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in OFSAA Business Scorecard and Business Analysis & Planning. This hybrid role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to design and implement effective business solutions. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of OFSAA solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of Business Scorecards to track and improve performance.
- Provide detailed business analysis and planning to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and technical solutions.
- Develop and document business requirements and technical specifications for new projects.
- Ensure the integration of OFSAA with other business systems and applications.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of business scorecards to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support the development of business models and forecasts to guide planning and decision-making.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide training and support to team members on OFSAA and Business Scorecard tools.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in business analysis and planning.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and systems.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in OFSAA with hands-on experience in implementation and support.
- Demonstrate expertise in developing and maintaining Business Scorecards.
- Exhibit proficiency in business analysis and strategic planning.
- Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Show ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Display strong communication and documentation skills.
- Be familiar with industry standards and best practices in business analysis and planning.
