Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 12 to 16 years of experience in Analytics Analysis and Design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Industry Essentials and will work in a hybrid model with a day shift. This role does not require travel. The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing technical projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and contributing to the companys success.


Responsibilities

  • Lead technical projects from inception to completion ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Oversee the analysis and design of complex systems ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Provide expertise in analytics to drive data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in all technical activities.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and performance.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing project activities.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks in technical projects ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing infrastructure.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve complex issues.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Analytics Analysis and Design with at least 12 years of experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Industry Essentials ensuring alignment with domain-specific requirements.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Showcase strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Have a proven track record of successfully leading technical projects.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Possess the ability to mentor and guide junior team members effectively.

    Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) Project Management Professional (PMP)
