Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Pure Storage flash storage Cisco SAN Switch Admin and Brocade SAN Switch Admin. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and no travel requirements. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our storage infrastructure.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of storage infrastructure solutions using Pure Storage flash storage.
  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of Cisco SAN Switches to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide expertise in Brocade SAN Switch administration ensuring seamless integration and operation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement storage strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze storage performance identifying and resolving any issues to maintain high availability.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for storage infrastructure including configurations processes and procedures.
  • Implement best practices for data storage backup and recovery to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Conduct regular assessments of storage infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders on storage-related matters.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the storage infrastructure remains current and competitive.
  • Participate in capacity planning and forecasting to ensure the storage infrastructure can meet future demands.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure the timely delivery of storage solutions and services.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements related to data storage and management.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience with Pure Storage flash storage.
  • Must have strong expertise in Cisco SAN Switch Admin.
  • Must have solid experience in Brocade SAN Switch Admin.
  • Nice to have experience in updating customer master data.
  • Nice to have experience in maintaining open invoices.
  • Should possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Should have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing storage infrastructure issues.
  • Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Should have a strong understanding of data security and compliance requirements.
  • Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
