Guidewire Functional Policy Lead

Are you an experienced professional with a passion for Guidewire and the P&C Insurance domain? We are seeking a Guidewire Functional Policy Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with Product Owners, drive requirement gathering and business solutioning workshops, and ensure successful project outcomes.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with Product Owners (PO) to prioritize tasks.
  • Conducting backlog grooming in collaboration with PO.
  • Driving requirement gathering workshops.
  • Leading business solutioning workshops.
  • Establishing business processes, guidelines, and frameworks.
  • Providing functional solutions.
  • Conducting knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Participating in scrum ceremonies, including scrum of scrums.
  • Monitoring and tracking the progress of the delivery team during development.
  • Demonstrating work results to the Product Owner and other stakeholders.
  • Organizing sessions with SMEs to gather transformation and other business rules.

To be successful in this role, your soft skills and experience should include:

  • IT experience with strong Guidewire experience.
  • Expert knowledge end experience the Policy & Claims Insurance domain.
  • Insurance Domain Certification such as AINS, FIII, or CPU.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Guidewire certification (CC/PC/BC) – ACE certification in PolicyCenter.
  • Guidewire ACE certification upgraded to the latest Cloud Release.
  • Expert knowledge in Advanced Product Design (APD).
