Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Product Consultant as a Functional Lead with Cloud experience and able to run workshops refinements etc. having extensive expertise in Guidewire Tools and accelerators including PolicyCenter ClaimCenter and BillingCenter. This role is hybrid and requires no travel. The candidate will contribute to the success of our projects and help drive impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and customization of Guidewire applications including PolicyCenter ClaimCenter and BillingCenter.Oversee the development and deployment of Guidewire tools and accelerators to ensure optimal performance and integration.Provide technical guidance and support to project teams ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements translating them into technical specifications.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Guidewire solutions including design configuration and testing artifacts.Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and functionality of Guidewire applications.Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions for team members and clients on Guidewire tools and processes.Monitor and troubleshoot system issues providing timely resolutions to minimize disruptions and maintain system integrity.Stay updated with the latest Guidewire releases and enhancements recommending and implementing upgrades as needed.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Guidewire implementations.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all Guidewire-related activities.Support the development of project plans timelines and budgets ensuring successful project delivery within scope and on time.Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth among team members.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience with Guidewire Tools and accelerators including PolicyCenter ClaimCenter and BillingCenter.Should have a strong understanding of the Property and Casualty Insurance domain including Intake Set Up and Adjudication Payments Appeals and Resolution.Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Must be detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.Should have a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering Guidewire implementation projects.Must be proficient in creating and maintaining technical documentation including design specifications and test plans.Should have a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.Must be adaptable and flexible with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.Should have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to Guidewire implementations.Must be proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Should have a strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.Must be willing to work in a hybrid model with the ability to balance remote and on-site work effectively.
