Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Data Analyst with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in LS Salesforce Statistics EDA Incentive Compensation Management Dataiku Machine Learning ROI Calculation Alteryx Retail Demand Forecasting R Statistical Package MS Excel Python SQL Scripting and MS PowerPoint. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the data analysis efforts to provide actionable insights for business decisions.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of data models and algorithms.
  • Provide expertise in LS Salesforce to optimize data management and reporting.
  • Conduct comprehensive exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
  • Manage incentive compensation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Utilize Dataiku for data integration preparation and analysis.
  • Apply machine learning techniques to improve predictive analytics.
  • Calculate ROI to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies.
  • Use Alteryx for data blending and advanced analytics.
  • Forecast retail demand to support inventory and supply chain management.
  • Implement statistical analysis using R Statistical Package.
  • Develop and maintain complex Excel models for data analysis.
  • Write and optimize SQL scripts for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Create impactful presentations using MS PowerPoint to communicate findings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality throughout all analysis processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering insights that drive business growth and societal impact.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in LS Salesforce Statistics and EDA.
  • Should possess expertise in Incentive Compensation Management and Dataiku.
  • Required skills include Machine Learning ROI Calculation and Alteryx.
  • Nice to have experience in Retail Demand Forecasting and R Statistical Package.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel Python SQL Scripting and MS PowerPoint is essential.
  • Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Should have strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to day shifts.
  • Must be a team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Should have a proactive approach to learning and development.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Should have a passion for data and its potential to drive business success.
