Job Summary
Associate should be knowledgeable in the P&C industry and can work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment. Should be able to clearly describe end-to-end Insurance business processes and key integration points. Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements. Go getter self-driven & ability to think with excellent communication skills and ability to interact directly with client. Contribute to asset creations.
Responsibilities
Required Experience & Responsibilities
Business Analyst 5 or more years
Participate in requirements gathering sessions meetings and presentations
Understand the SDLC with experience in Agile delivery methodologies
Understand project lifecycle activities for requirements implementation and maintenance
Understanding of one or more estimation methodologies
Quality processes
Strong knowledge in P&C insurance domain to understand the business requirements
Participate daily stand-up meetings for BA or QA if team size requires.
Work with other business analysts to help gather or document requirements or issues
Works with developers to help them in understanding issues
Documents enhancements contributes to estimates
Works with QA to ensure they understand issues
Help to peer review test cases and or results
Work with the Customer to answer questions as customer tests
Constant interaction with PM or AM about project progress
