Job summary

Title : Salesforce Business Analyst/Product Owners with experience in Life Science and Healthcare Domain

Experience : 5- 18 Years

Location : PAN India

Qualification :

1. Masters of Business Administration or equivalent

2. 5+ Years of experience in Salesforce domain , preferably implementation projects

3. Candidate should have good Salesforce knowledge with experience in Salesforce implementation projects in Advisory/ Consulting/ Business Analyst roles

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

5. Strong analytical skills and detail oriented, ability to plan and organize the team as well as documentation, team player, accountable.

6. Experience in translating business requirements into a detailed system specification

7. Salesforce Certification in Admin/Sales/Service or any consulting certification will be an added advantage

8. Understanding of Agile Scrum delivery model

9. Knowledge of creating process flows/frameworks using Visio/ Lucid charts etc

10. Knowledge of AI and Agentforce will be desirable

11. Knowledge of life sciences, pharmaceutical, health care industry business processes like Clinical Trials, Campaign Management, Event Management, Patient Support Programs is required.

12. Experience or knowledge in Salesforce Heath Cloud, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Veeva CRM, Veeva Events Management, Veeva Vault is desirable.

13. Knowledge of AI and Agent force will be desirable.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Discovery & design workshops to identify client requirements

2. Translate business needs into actionable documentation/specifications, including use case scenarios, models and conceptual design diagrams to support iterative development

3. Design Salesforce solutions to meet client requirements

4. Participate in Data migration & integration activities

5. Evaluate As IS process and suggest improvements for To Be Process

6. Participate in QA led test prep and planning activities, as well as defect triage to ensure projects are on track.

7. Responsible for End user training and other user adoption activities

8. Conduct/Participate in scrum ceremonies and assist in sprint planning, estimation, requirement analysis and review

9. Maintain certifications in salesforce products
