Obtain consumer / provider information by listening to telephone calls/ text & messages
Determine eligibility by comparing consumer / provider information to requirements.
Adhere to policies by entering client information, confirming pricing

Skills Required:
Minimum qualification - Graduate in any discipline0 to 11 months of experience can be considered. Excellent communication skills and strong command over English language/ language off support in the region. Willing to work in a rotational shift-based work schedule Excellent Analytical ability, Logical approach in digital marketing.
