SAP SD Consultant

As a SAP SD Consultant you will make an impact by owning the implementation and optimization of SAP Standard Order to Cash processes. You will be a valued member of our team and collaborate closely with other collaborators and teams.

In this role, you will

  • Lead all aspects of the end-to-end order to cash cycle to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide technical expertise in SAP Standard Order to Cash to support business requirements.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to order to cash processes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for SAP Standard Order to Cash processes and configurations.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Offer training and support to end-users to improve their understanding and usage of SAP Standard Order to Cash.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
  • Work closely with the Service Desk team to address and resolve user issues promptly.
  • Participate in user experience enhancement projects to improve overall satisfaction.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP Standard Order to Cash with other business systems.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP Standard Order to Cash.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and standard methodologies to continuously improve processes.

What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Standard Order to Cash.
  • Have a solid understanding of Service Desk and User Experience Services.
  • SAP Certified Application Associate - Order to Cash with SAP ERP 6.0 EHP7

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a Cognizant office in Toronto.
