Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive - Voice with 1 to 3 years of experience in HealthCare Products. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Revenue Cycle Management Claims and Accounts Receivables. This hybrid role requires night shifts and does not involve travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient healthcare processes and contributing to the companys mission of improving healthcare services.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee healthcare product processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Handle revenue cycle management tasks including billing coding and collections.
  • Process and manage healthcare claims to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.
  • Maintain and update accounts receivables records to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve claim issues.
  • Analyze and interpret healthcare data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior team members on healthcare processes.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Utilize healthcare software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on process improvements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance healthcare processes.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to healthcare processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of healthcare process policies and procedures.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong knowledge of healthcare products and their applications.
  • Have experience in revenue cycle management including billing and collections.
  • Demonstrate expertise in processing and managing healthcare claims.
  • Show proficiency in maintaining accounts receivables records.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills to interpret healthcare data.
  • Display excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder interactions.
  • Have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in healthcare processes.
  • Be familiar with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Be proficient in using healthcare software and tools.
  • Show ability to work effectively in night shifts.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
  • Have experience in developing and implementing process policies.
  • Be capable of providing support and guidance to junior team members.
