Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Consultant with 7 to 10 years of experience in S/4 HANA ABAP. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a good understanding of Manufacturing and Supply Chain as well as Research and Development. This hybrid role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. The position offers a day shift with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of S/4 HANA ABAP solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the implementation and customization of S/4 HANA ABAP modules.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for S/4 HANA ABAP-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of S/4 HANA ABAP solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of S/4 HANA ABAP developments.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards in S/4 HANA ABAP development.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for S/4 HANA ABAP solutions.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on S/4 HANA ABAP.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of S/4 HANA ABAP applications.
  • Participate in project planning and estimation activities for S/4 HANA ABAP projects.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues in S/4 HANA ABAP.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in S/4 HANA ABAP technology.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in S/4 HANA ABAP development.
  • Demonstrate strong technical skills in S/4 HANA ABAP.
  • Have a good understanding of Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes.
  • Show experience in Research and Development domains is a plus.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Maintain a proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Hold a relevant certification in S/4 HANA ABAP development.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Ensure a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Show a keen interest in staying updated with industry trends.
  • Exhibit the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Maintain a focus on achieving project goals and deadlines.
