Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled BD Lead with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Advanced Excel Outlook-Emails and Business Analysis & Planning. Experience in Finance & Accounting is a plus. This hybrid role requires excellent analytical and planning skills to drive business growth and success.


Responsibilities

  • Lead business development initiatives to achieve company growth targets
  • Oversee the analysis of market trends to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide strategic planning and forecasting to support business objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients
  • Utilize Advanced Excel to analyze data and generate insightful reports
  • Manage email communications effectively using Outlook
  • Conduct comprehensive business analysis to inform decision-making processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies
  • Prepare detailed business plans and presentations for senior management
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with business development activities
  • Support the finance and accounting teams with relevant business insights
  • Drive continuous improvement in business development processes
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by driving sustainable business growth
  • Impact society by promoting ethical business practices and corporate responsibility.

  • Must have advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Must have strong experience with Outlook for managing professional communications
  • Must have expertise in business analysis and strategic planning
  • Nice to have experience in Finance & Accounting domain
  • Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model
