Product Test Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a Product Test Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience proficient in PEGA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product testing and a good understanding of analytics. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The position operates during day shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases for PEGA-based applications.
  • Oversee the testing process to ensure the highest quality of product delivery.
  • Provide detailed documentation of test results and work closely with the development team to resolve any issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure thorough testing coverage.
  • Utilize analytics to identify trends and insights that can improve the testing process.
  • Ensure that all testing activities are conducted in compliance with company standards and best practices.
  • Develop automated test scripts to increase efficiency and coverage of the testing process.
  • Monitor and report on test progress including any risks or issues that may impact the project timeline.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project status and any challenges faced during testing.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testers helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve the testing process and contribute to the overall success of the project.
  • Ensure that all test environments are properly maintained and configured for optimal performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies and tools.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in PEGA with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
  • Have a good understanding of analytics and how it can be applied to improve testing processes.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Show proficiency in developing and executing automated test scripts.
  • Have experience working in a hybrid work model.
  • Be familiar with industry standards and best practices in product testing.
  • Display the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have a track record of delivering high-quality results within project timelines.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified PEGA Business Architect (CPBA) or Certified PEGA System Architect (CPSA) is required.
