We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Adobe Workfront, Project Management, Adobe Workfront Fusion and Adobe Workfront. Experience in Product Lifecycle Management is a plus.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $130,000/Year to $170,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
- Oversee the planning execution and monitoring of projects using Adobe Workfront Project Management tools.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and resource plans.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks ensuring smooth project execution.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Utilize Adobe Workfront Fusion to integrate and automate workflows enhancing project efficiency.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the project management process.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide training and support to team members on Adobe Workfront tools and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in Adobe Workfront Project Management Adobe Workfront Fusion and Adobe Workfront.
- Demonstrate excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Have experience in Product Lifecycle Management which is considered a plus.
- Show proficiency in developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets.
- Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be adept at identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Possess strong leadership and team management skills.
- Be committed to continuous improvement and best practices in project management.
- Demonstrate the ability to train and support team members on project management tools.
- Show a strong commitment to meeting quality standards and client expectations.
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented.
