Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Executive for our P&C team with 0 to 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in MS Excel and English language skills. The role involves journalizing transactions intercompany and FA accounting. This is a hybrid work model with night shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in journalizing transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Support intercompany accounting processes to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Manage fixed asset accounting and ensure proper documentation.
  • Utilize MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Communicate effectively in English both written and spoken.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Provide support during audits and compliance checks.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the finance team.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Must be fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • Must have experience in journalizing transactions.
  • Must have knowledge of intercompany accounting processes.
  • Must have experience in fixed asset accounting.
  • Nice to have experience in process improvement initiatives.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified in MS Excel or equivalent certification.
