Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist (T) with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Guidewire - PolicyCenter Guidewire and Guidewire - ClaimCenter. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and customization of Guidewire
  • PolicyCenter to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of Guidewire
  • ClaimCenter with existing systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Guidewire applications to maintain system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for system enhancements.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Guidewire applications.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of Guidewire systems.
  • Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
  • Assist in the development of project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of system updates.
  • Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure the continuous improvement of Guidewire applications.
  • Support the development of new features and functionalities to enhance the capabilities of Guidewire systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all system implementations and updates.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Guidewire
  • PolicyCenter Guidewire and Guidewire
  • ClaimCenter.
  • Have a solid understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Display proficiency in developing and executing test plans.
  • Have experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Show capability to conduct training sessions for end-users.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Show commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrate ability to adapt to a hybrid work model and collaborate effectively with remote and on-site teams.

  • Certifications Required

    Guidewire Certified Professional Property & Casualty Insurance Certification preferred.
