Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect with 13 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SFDC Integration SFDC Development & Customization SFDC Service Cloud SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration. The role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and does not require travel. Experience in the Finance & Accounting domain is a plus.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of SFDC solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of SFDC with other systems to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Provide technical expertise in SFDC Development & Customization to optimize system performance.
  • Develop and maintain SFDC Service Cloud solutions to enhance customer service operations.
  • Implement SFDC Lightning components to improve user experience and system efficiency.
  • Configure SFDC settings to align with business processes and requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business needs.
  • Ensure the scalability and reliability of SFDC solutions to support business growth.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal functionality.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of SFDC features.
  • Stay updated with the latest SFDC technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and enforce SFDC development standards and guidelines to ensure code quality.
  • Participate in project planning and management to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience in SFDC Integration Development & Customization Service Cloud Lightning and Configuration.
  • Should have a strong understanding of Finance & Accounting domain processes.
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Should have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality SFDC solutions.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Should have experience in providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
  • Must be detail-oriented and committed to delivering results.
  • Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Should have a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Must be able to adapt to changing business needs and technology advancements.
