Regional Service Delivery Manager

Location : Houston, TX ( 100% Onsite )

Key roles and responsibilities

· Act as the central liaison for all activities of SD & DSS with the customers

· Manage the Service provisioned, and resourcing based on SLAs, Assets, Call Volumes, Site criticality and customer requirements.

· Customer discussions on the improvement of service.

· Planning and Preparation of IT Process for the Team in order to improve the overall service.

· Create Process Document of current service for the customer and the DSS/SD staff.

· Manage regional resources (Supplier DSS staff) assigned to field services delivery

· Liaison with business for critical Break-Fix, Service Requests, IMAC, Major Incident, P1, P2.

· Customer Relationship Management for the services provided

· SLA, KPI Management

· Lead the continuous service improvement of current service as per the requirements

· Manage leadership escalation

· Manage Risks, Issues and action logs and obtain customer sign offs.

· Review with the Energies IDS Business Ambassadors and other IDS departments

· Stock Management – prepare and share available stock and forecast based on users onboarding

· Plan engineers for Meeting room readiness
