Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Architect with 9 to 13 years of experience in Java Fullstack development. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on designing and implementing robust software solutions.

Primary: Java 11+ JEE Spring Spring Boot Microservices Integration Design Patterns DevSecOps Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) GenAI: Any Code Companion Secondary: UI (Angular/React)


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using Java Fullstack technologies.
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Ensure the scalability performance and security of software applications.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate into the development process.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Implement automated testing and continuous integration to enhance software reliability.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the stipulated timelines and budget.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Java Fullstack development including front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members.
  • Have a solid understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
  • Show proficiency in using development tools and version control systems.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture is a plus.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices is desirable.

    • Certifications Required

    Oracle Certified Professional Java SE Programmer or equivalent certification in Java Fullstack development.
