Collibra Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and customize the Collibra Data Governance Platform based on business requirements.
  • Configure and maintain Collibra workflows, data governance processes, and data quality rules.
  • Develop integration capabilities between Collibra and various data sources/systems, including on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Create and configure Collibra DGC meta-model, assets, relationships, domains, and communities.
  • Implement end-to-end metadata, lineage, and data governance solutions.
  • Provide production support and resolve system issues.
  • Collaborate with business SMEs and project partners to develop requirements for data governance, metadata, and data quality.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap for data quality, accuracy, and completeness management.

Basic Requirements:

  • Overall onsite experience of 10+ years and offshore experience of 5+ years.
  • Experience with Meta Data Analytics.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Collibra or similar tools.
  • Experience in Azure.
  • Nice to have experience with Power BI.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Azure and database SQLs.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, and Unix.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative.
  • Experience with Scrum and JIRA.
  • Proven leadership skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Motivated to learn new technologies and identify process improvements.

This role typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
