We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer Technical Lead with 9 to 11 years of experience in Core Java to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be able to work in a hybrid model. This role involves leading technical projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex Java applications to meet business requirements.
- Be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring standard methodologies are adhered to.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Ensure high-quality code by conducting code reviews and implementing automated testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on time to minimize downtime.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Core Java with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Demonstrate experience in leading technical projects and mentoring junior developers.

- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Show proficiency in automated testing and code review processes.
