Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Technology Architect with 16 to 20 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Process Management (SolDoc) CHARM and Solution Manager. Experience in Polyploidy and Agriculture-Regulations is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of Process Management (SolDoc) systems.
  • Provide expertise in CHARM to ensure seamless change management processes.
  • Utilize Solution Manager to monitor and optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology solutions align with business goals.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and implement best practices for system integration and data management.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex system issues.
  • Document system configurations and changes to maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure that all technology solutions are scalable and secure.
  • Contribute to the companys overall technology strategy and innovation initiatives.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience in Process Management (SolDoc).
  • Must have strong expertise in CHARM.
  • Must have hands-on experience with Solution Manager.
  • Nice to have experience in Polyploidy.
  • Nice to have knowledge of Agriculture-Regulations.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Must have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Must have a proven track record of successful technology implementations.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Must have a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
  • Must have experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
  • Must have the ability to stay updated with the latest technology trends.
  • Must have a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

    Certified Solution Manager Associate ITIL Certification
