An ideal candidate will have a strong interest in research, creative writing, and must be a fluent speaker of English. This role will tap into your curiosity and keep you engaged with interesting content!
This role is 100% onsite in Mesa, AZ with a desirable Mon-Fri schedule.
Role Responsibilities
- Audit curated text using provided inputs and following strict style guide and formatting requirements using your knowledge, skills and your incredible ability to research and investigate information
- Perform data analysis and prepare detailed report out of audit findings and recommended solutions
- Collaborate with Trainer and Leadership to implement recommendations
- Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards
- Identify nuanced errors and provide clear and concise feedback for improvement (Training provided)
Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree is required
- A degree in Linguistics, Communications Science, Journalism, or related Language fields is preferred
- Experience annotating data with linguistic, syntactic, semantic, pragmatic, phonetic information, technical writing, copy editing, editing, depending on the requirements of the project
- Data Analysis
- Native-level proficiency in English
