Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Google Dialog Flow ES Google Dialog Flow CX Google CCAI Platform Google Agent Assist Google Insights and Google Info Bot. Experience in Organization Change Management is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain conversational AI solutions using Google Dialog Flow ES and Google Dialog Flow CX.
- Implement and optimize solutions on the Google CCAI Platform to enhance customer interactions.
- Utilize Google Agent Assist to provide real-time support and improve agent productivity.
- Analyze and interpret data using Google Insights to drive actionable business decisions.
- Create and manage information bots using Google Info Bot to streamline information dissemination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of AI solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed AI solutions.
- Document development processes technical specifications and user guides.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards in AI development.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Google Dialog Flow ES and Google Dialog Flow CX.
- Have experience with the Google CCAI Platform and Google Agent Assist.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using Google Insights for data analysis.
- Show capability in developing and managing bots with Google Info Bot.
- Experience in Organization Change Management is a plus.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Certifications Required
Google Cloud Professional Collaboration Engineer Certification or equivalent.
