- Experience in leading QA transformation initiatives at enterprise level
- Proven track record of driving technology outcomes for large QA programs
- Ability to drive QA strategy for digital and enterprise applications
- Experience in driving Business development and Solutioning
- Demonstrated capability to handle RFP Orals and drive customer conversations
- Lead technology / automation team as well as research in new area like Cloud and AI
- Exposure to multiple technology track like Automation testing, Service Virtualization, AI for QA, Test data management and Cloud
- Building capability for newer offering in QA technology space
- Provide thought leadership through innovation and whitepaper
- Provide governance and device operating model for large QA programs
- Should be able to manage large teams and drive account level activities
