Lead Duck Creek Product Consultant

As a Lead Product Consultant, you will make an impact by owning the implementation and enhancement of Duck Creek solutions, driving improvements in policy administration, underwriting, billing, and integration across platforms. Your deep expertise will shape scalable and effective systems that elevate operational efficiency and business responsiveness. By guiding technical execution, mentoring delivery teams, and crafting solution architecture, you will help deliver robust, future forward insurance technology. You'll be a catalyst within our Insurance practice, closely collaborating with our Director of Solution Design.

In this role, you will

  • Architect and launch Duck Creek solutions that simplify policy issuance, underwriting, and billing operations.
  • Lead all aspects of system integration efforts to ensure flawless connectivity between Duck Creek, internal platforms, and third-party applications.
  • Manage architecture and configuration initiatives, ensuring alignment with scalable design standard methodologies.
  • Coordinate technical reviews and validations to uphold the quality and integrity of the work.
  • Contribute to planning and estimating for multifaceted, enterprise-level implementations.
  • Build reusable assets, reference models, and knowledge materials that drive consistency and innovation.
  • Offer mentorship and training to team members, encouraging proficiency in Duck Creek technologies.
  • Support pre-sales engagements by offering technical insights for client solution proposals.

What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)

  • A proven track record of 10 or more years in insurance technology, with in-depth knowledge of Duck Creek Advanced Architecture, Policy, Rating, Billing, Insights, and Core.
  • Proficient in configuring and integrating Duck Creek applications across SaaS and on premise environments.
  • Detailed understanding of policy issuance workflows, underwriting operations, and system integration patterns.
  • Outstanding expertise with Duck Creek Manuscripts, XSLT, SQL, JavaScript, .NET (C#), and database querying.
  • Proven capability to lead architectural and configuration efforts independently.

  • Remarkable proficiency in technical design, estimation, and implementation of standard methodologies.
  • Certified Duck Creek Professional designation is an added bonus.
