Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 5 to 8 years of experience in Sharepoint. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during the day shift. This role does not require travel. The candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Sharepoint infrastructure to support our business objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Sharepoint infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Oversee the implementation and configuration of Sharepoint solutions to meet business needs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Sharepoint-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Sharepoint with other enterprise systems.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for Sharepoint usage and administration.
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades and patches.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Create and maintain documentation for Sharepoint configurations processes and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on Sharepoint best practices and usage.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to deliver Sharepoint solutions on time and within budget.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest Sharepoint technologies and trends to continuously improve the infrastructure.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of Sharepoint architecture and administration.
  • Have experience with Sharepoint Online and Sharepoint Server.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in PowerShell scripting for Sharepoint management.
  • Show expertise in integrating Sharepoint with other enterprise applications.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
