Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the development and maintenance of applications using PowerBI, PowerApps and Power Automate.
- Collaborate with the technical team and business areas to understand and translate requirements into technical solutions, making strategic decisions.
- Provide online explanations and training for users located in several Latin American countries, ensuring understanding and adoption of solutions.
- Guide and mentor newer members of the technical team, promoting the development of their skills.
- Analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions to solve them, using innovative approaches and respective documentation.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and updates of Power Platform tools, and implement continuous improvements.
- Be one of the points of contact for designing new solutions and proposals for implementing applications in Power Platform (different clients / projects).
Preferred experience:
- Experience with development in PowerBI, PowerApps, Power Automate and Sharepoint.
- Fluency in Spanish and intermediate English.
- Experience in leading and guiding technical teams, with a successful track record in complex projects.
- Advanced certifications in Power Platform (especially PowerApps and Power Automate).
- Knowledge in databases, data modeling, DAX and Power Query.
- Availability to work in São Paulo in the Hybrid model.
