Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Agilist with 10 to 12 years of experience in Agile methodologies and CX-Scrum Master practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Asset & Wealth Management. This hybrid role requires a dedicated professional to drive Agile transformations and enhance customer experiences within our organization.
Responsibilities
Lead Agile transformation initiatives across various teams to ensure effective implementation of Agile practicesOversee the development and execution of Agile frameworks including Scrum to enhance productivity and project deliveryProvide guidance and mentorship to team members on Agile methodologies and best practicesFacilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives and reviews to ensure smooth project flowCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable Agile tasksMonitor and report on Agile project progress identifying and addressing any impediments or risksDrive continuous improvement within teams by implementing feedback loops and refining Agile processesEnsure alignment of Agile practices with organizational goals and objectives to maximize value deliverySupport the development of Agile training programs and workshops to enhance team capabilitiesFoster a culture of collaboration transparency and accountability within Agile teamsUtilize Agile metrics and tools to track performance and identify areas for improvementEngage with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Agile practices across the organizationPromote the adoption of Agile principles and practices to enhance customer experience and satisfaction
Qualifications
Possess a deep understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and their application in Asset & Wealth ManagementDemonstrate expertise in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile project managementExhibit strong leadership and mentorship skills to guide teams through Agile transformationsShowcase excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with stakeholdersHave a proven track record of driving continuous improvement and delivering successful Agile projectsHold relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)Display proficiency in Agile metrics and tools to monitor project performance and outcomesBring a strategic mindset to align Agile practices with organizational goals and customer needsShow commitment to fostering a culture of transparency accountability and collaboration within teamsPossess experience in developing and delivering Agile training programs and workshopsDemonstrate ability to manage and mitigate risks within Agile projectsExhibit strong problem-solving skills to address impediments and enhance project deliveryHave a background in Asset & Wealth Management to understand domain-specific challenges and opportunities.
