Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience in Azure Functions Azure Data Lake Store Azure DevOps and Azure Data Factory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Bioinformatics and will work from our office during day shifts. This role does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Azure Functions to support various bioinformatics applications.
  • Implement and manage Azure Data Lake Store for efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
  • Design and develop data pipelines using Azure Data Factory to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Collaborate with bioinformatics teams to understand their data requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of Azure-based applications and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure infrastructure and services.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members on Azure-related projects.
  • Document all development processes configurations and procedures for future reference.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Azure technologies and bioinformatics.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices are followed.
  • Contribute to the overall success of bioinformatics projects by delivering high-quality Azure solutions.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in developing and maintaining Azure Functions.
  • Must have expertise in managing Azure Data Lake Store for efficient data handling.
  • Must have hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD processes.
  • Must be proficient in designing data pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
  • Must have a solid understanding of bioinformatics and its data requirements.
  • Nice to have experience in troubleshooting and optimizing Azure-based applications.

    • Certifications Required

    Azure Developer Associate certification is required.
