HTO Operator
Work location : 100% onsite at client office in Minato-ku, Tokyo (Near Daimon station)
Required language : Native level Japanese (English is not required)
Overview:
The team will keep business information on the leading map data platform accurate by making authorized updates, including verifying information with businesses directly through calls.
Responsibilities
• To review and edit map data adhere to policies given by the client.
• Investigate and troubleshoot escalated user problems in collaboration with geographically dispersed engineers.
• Provide clients from different locations with shadowing opportunities to gain insights into our efficient workflow.
• Leveraging insights from multiple authorized resources to generate the most optimal response and reflect the information onto the map.
• Adhere to productivity and quality target set by the SOW.
• Adhere to follow KPI set by the team.
• The operation may have calling task.
• Other:
o There will be a possibility to assign to the other team with same role but may not apply to above responsibility.
o There will be an possibility to train on other workflows for cross utilize operation purpose.
Qualifications (Mandatory)
• 0-2 years Experience
• Must have native level Japanese proficiency (must be able to read and write kanji characters)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy (great attention to detail / content review)
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent attendance record
• Excellent timekeeping
• Possess the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the team
• Experience in data analysis and reports (not mandatory)
• Have an extensive exposure to customer service (not mandatory)
• Able to work in office environment
• Others
o (must have) Able to blind touch typing.
o (Nice to have) Familiarity in Chrome OS
