Job Summary:
This is a highly impactful individual contributor role focused on developing Next Best Action (NBA) use cases to optimize field force engagement strategies. You will be working with cutting-edge platforms like Snowflake, Azure Snowflake, and IQVIA ADA platform, enabling clients' sales teams to make data-driven decisions. The role provides a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of machine learning, customer relationship data and pharmaceutical business strategy, contributing directly to the efficiency and effectiveness of Clients customer engagement model.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Country LOCs, Deployment Managers, Scrum Master) to translate business needs into NBA use cases.
- Analyse and implement NBA algorithms as per business requirement documents.
- Resolve and communicate the findings related to Service Now tickets to the business stakeholders.
Must have skills : SQL, Azure Databricks, Python, Snowflake
Required skills:
- Extensive experience in SQL for data analysis and issue resolution.
- Strong expertise in Snowflake and Azure Databricks for cloud-based data engineering and data pipelines.
- Good understanding of machine learning techniques, especially in customer engagement and marketing analysis.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have Skills.
- Good familiarity with pharmaceutical data,
- Good understanding of multi-channel marketing and marketing KPIs.
- Good experience with rule-based recommendation engine modelling.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Fair experience in Data roles in commercial/enterprise settings.
