Role and Responsibilities:

  • Must have hand on experience on Blue Yonder modules (Demand Forecast, CMFP, Fulfilment, Assortment) and has worked on data conversion.
  • Experience in in gathering and defining requirements, analyzing/mapping business processes, supporting the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of solutions, services, products, and applications.
  • Able to Lead cross-functional teams both internal and external and Involved in Solution Design, Operations, Vendors/Partners Integrators, and Implementation for all operational tasks.
  • Supply Chain planning knowledge and experience in the fields of demand planning, forecasting
  • Experience supporting and building new functionality in Blue Yonder

Required Experience:

· Minimum 8+ years of experience

· Primary Skills: Blue Yonder modules (Demand Forecast, CMFP, Fulfilment, Assortment)

· Must have Skill: Blue Yonder modules (Demand Forecast, CMFP, Fulfilment, Assortment) Development, Enhancement and Production Support experiences.

· Technical Skills: PLSQL, SQL, Java, Shell scripting

· Domain Skills: Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning, Retail or FMCG Industry Knowledge, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Inventory Optimization et

· Functional Skills: Candidate should be able understand business requirements, Blue Yonder modules ( Demand Forecast, CMFP, Fulfilment, Assortment), conduct detailed gap analysis of a product versus the requirements, create the functional design, acts as the functional SME for a module, own the business process flows for the customer, perform product configuration setup WITH THE OBJECTIVE of ensuring complete coverage of client’s requirements and product quality.

· Transition Management, Estimation & Resource Planning, Solution Structuring, Incident, Problem management, People management, Program Governance, Risk Management, Knowledge Management, Requirements Management, Change Control Management, Prog. Mgmt. Benefits Management, Management by Metrics, Financial Acumen, Scope Management, Program Contracting, Organization Change Management, onshore/offshore effective coordination.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $135,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
