Job Summary
As a Service Delivery Manager in the Transportation Management domain, you will leverage your expertise in delivery management and system architecture to drive impactful solutions. With a hybrid work model and day shifts you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery management processes to ensure timely and efficient project completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address product improvement opportunities
- Provide expert guidance on transportation management strategies to optimize operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture and delivery management processes
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities in transportation management
- Monitor and evaluate system performance to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Implement best practices in delivery management to drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
- Support the integration of new technologies into existing systems to enhance functionality
- Communicate effectively with global teams using multilingual skills to ensure clarity and collaboration
- Contribute to the company's purpose by delivering solutions that enhance transportation management and societal impact Qualifications
Domain Skills
- Possess a strong background in delivery management and system architecture
- Demonstrate expertise in transportation management within the Manlog domain
- Exhibit proficiency in English Spanish and Portuguese for effective communication
- Display strong analytical skills to assess and improve system performance
- Have experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions for team development
- Show capability to integrate new technologies into existing systems for enhanced functionality.
